Active South Burnett is an initiative of a number of local organisations working in partnership to encourage residents of the South Burnett to become more physically active.
Active South Burnett is driven by a committee comprised of representatives from a number of organisations promoting healthy living.
As our slogan says Be healthy! Have fun!. A little more about Active South Burnett
Our aim is to encourage residents of the South Burnett to be more physically active through a range of strategies.
These include:
- Connecting communities of the South Burnett to a range of opportunities for physical activity;
- Seeking the enhancement or development of environments which support physical activity;
- Improving access to physical activity related funding for the South Burnett.
